How we work:

We come to you so that you can see the shutter samples in situ in your home and we can advise you on the best options for your windows. We will never pressurise you into making a decision. While we are there we will survey your windows, so you don’t have to book another appointment. This means that the person advising you is the person who will survey and install your shutters, avoiding the situation where the sales person, surveyor and fitter have different ideas of how the installation should be done.

Our payment terms are 50% when you place your order, with the balance due after installation when you are happy with everything.

Waste management:

Your shutters are made specifically for your windows and to protect them in transport, they are very well packaged. When we are finished, we will remove everything from site and where possible send it to a certified recycling company, to ensure that there is minimum impact on the environment.
